Shawn Still

Since 2003

Shawn joined the company in 2003 as part of the succession plan for his cousins Phil & Susan Still.

 

When they retired in 2015 Shawn bought the company and has continued the company’s tradition of excellence.

General Manager

Since 2007

Antonio is in charge of the personnel, logistics, customer service and quality control of the company.

Gerardo Medrano

Since 2013

With previous experience in home construction, Jerry started in the company since 2013 and currently
manages the crews and coordinates the repairs.

Summer Jones
Scheduling Coordinator

Part of the Team
Since 1998

Summer is one of the first employees of Olympic and has been in the company since 1998. She manages all aspects of job scheduling.

Alejandro Lara
Project Manager

Since 2020

Alejandro has years of experience in the pool industry. He is often in the field managing our crews and handling repairs.

Sintia Rodriguez
Quality Control Manager

Since 2020

Sintia joined Olympic in 2020, she is in charge of our quality control department, coordinates repairs and provides administrative support to the office and crews.

Kaite joins Olympic with over 10 years in the legal field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and administrative experience to the team.  She is bilingual and is excited to be part of this new chapter.

Rosamaria Cabrera
Accountant

Rosamaria joined our accounting team in 2022. She has over 20 years working in the customer service industry and brings a wide range of bookkeeping experience.

Purchasing & Warehouse Manager

Since 2011

LaDonald and his warehouse crew are responsible for all inventory, ordering and facility management.

Fleet Manager

Jorge and his mechanics keep the fleet running at Olympic, with three dozen vehicles and other small engine equipment under their care.
