President & CEO
Shawn joined the company in 2003 as part of the succession plan for his cousins Phil & Susan Still. When they retired in 2015, Shawn bought the company and has continued the company’s tradition of excellence.
Joining the company in 2007, Antonio is in charge of the personnel, logistics, customer service and quality control of the company.
Summer is one of the first employees of Olympic and has been in the company since 1998. She manages all aspects of job scheduling.
With previous experience in home construction, Jerry started in the company since 2013 and currently
manages the crews and coordinates the repairs.
Accounting Manager & Shotcrete Scheduling
Terry has worked in accounting for over 50 years between Ohio, Michigan and Georgia. He schedules the shotcrete crews and manages the accounting office.
Customer Service Representative
Tatiana handles all incoming calls, coordinates repairs and provides administrative support to the office and crews. She has been with the company since 2015.
Human Resources Manager
Pam is responsible for employee benefits and employment verification, performing all human resources duties for the entire company.
Jorge and his mechanics keep the fleet running at Olympic, with three dozen vehicles and other small engine equipment under their care.
Purchasing & Warehouse Manager
LaDonald and his warehouse crew are responsible for all inventory, ordering and facility management.
